Your first home clean: What does it cost?
Are you shopping for a cleaning provider and are unsure where to begin?
Most people don’t have time to call around different cleaning services to get pricing, so we have created a guide based on the size of your home.
Our pricing is individualised to the needs of your home. Experience has taught us, that every home is as unique as the people living there. But we get it, you want an idea about the cost of cleaning your home. So here are some sample prices for our recurring service which can be done weekly, bi weekly, or even monthly.
Sample Pricing
2 bedroom house / unit 1 bath: $150
2 to 3 bedrooms 2 x bathrooms: $175-$300
4 plus bedrooms 3 plus bathrooms: $350 -and up
This pricing is a rough guide to our recurring service. A more accurate quote may be needed depending on how much or, how little cleaning is required.
Besides the number of rooms and size of the home, we take other factors into account. Other factors include, the presence of pet hair, clutter and how you use areas of your home, here’s a brief list…
The number of people
The number of pets in the home
Whether sheets will be stripped and changed on the beds;
Sets of stairs to be cleaned
“Extras” that you will need like clutter or toy pick-up, washing of dishes in sink.
First time cleaning of a home typically takes much longer and costs two to three times the cost of recurring service. Our standard first time cleaning routine is the basis for maintaining your home in a satisfactorily-clean fashion. There’s a big difference between “old dirt” and “new dirt”. If we don’t get rid of the old dirt, no matter how hard we try, simply removing the new dirt isn’t going to make things look sparkling fresh and clean.
